EJ_INFO_SURCHARGE

Permet d'obtenir les informations d'une proposition d'EJ dans PEP. 'TIE' pour le libellé court du tiers,'NUM' pour le numéro de proposition d'EJ, 'MNT' pour le disponible total, 'STA' pour soldé/non soldé
